Venue & Jurisdiction

Arbitration

Any disputes or disagreements arising between The Stahl Marketing LLC and You under these Terms and Conditions that cannot be resolved amicably shall be decided by binding arbitration in accordance with the procedural rules of the American Arbitration Association. Both parties agree to be bound by the decision of the arbitrator(s). The arbitration proceeding shall take place in Hidalgo County, Texas. The costs and expenses of the arbitrators shall be shared equally by the parties, and each party shall be responsible for its own costs in presenting the dispute.
